Saints and the Cowboys, big game for both teams. At this point both teams are in 1st place in their respective divisions and need a win to keep up the pace. The Saints lost a game they felt like they should have won last week against the Jets while the Cowboys managed to come up with a win at home against the Vikings pulling it out in the last minute.
There is room for improvement for both teams. Dallas has been turning the ball over at crucial times and the Saints need to get better production from their run game and pass protection. One advantage the Saints will have is playing at home where they are 4 -0 so far this season. The Cowboys like a lot of team struggle when playing on the road. This is a prime time game and Brees and Romo have been able to shine in the past in games where the spotlight is on.
Rankings for the season are below as well as the Wednesday injury report for both teams.
