I’m ready for some football, it seems like it’s been a lot longer than two weeks. Currently the Saints have a 2 game lead on the Panthers who are beginning to look like the real deal, if they keep playing the way they have it will make for some interesting Saints/Panthers matchups toward the end of the season.
Atlanta managed to keep pace with their win over Tampa Bay last week. With the circus that has been going on in Tampa, I’m not sure how much stock to put in Atlanta’s win. This weeks game against the Cardinals should prove much more of a test.

This weeks games:
Carolina @ Tampa Bay: If you look at the records, you’re first thought is Carolina, but this is one of those tough divisional matchups and with the game in Tampa it should go either way. That said with the circus that is going on in Tampa right now I still have to give the edge to Carolina. 21-17
Atlanta @ Arizona: Should be a good competitive game in Arizona this weekend. If Arizona’s offense shows up it will be tough for Atlanta to get a win. Arizona has a solid defense with outstanding defensive backs. I’m going out on a limb and picking Arizona in a squeaker, 25-24
Buffalo @ New Orleans: When you’re 5-1 and leading your division by two games, it’s hard to call this game a must win. But at this point in the season if you want to keep pace with the SeaHawks for home field advantage int he playoffs, it is a must win. The Saints will do it. 31-17
