Saints Announce 8 Man Practice Squad
The Saints have released their 2009 practice squad, with 1 new Sainbt added. The members are CB Danny Gorrer, RB PJ Hill, OG Tim Duckworth, WR’s Adrian Arrington and Matt Simon, TE Jermey Parnell, DT DeMario Pressley and QB Chase Daniel.
Saints Trade for Tight End David Thomas
The Saints have traded an undisclosed 2011 draft pick (probably a 6th round) to the Patriots for tight end David Thomas a 6’3 248 pound four year vet from the University of Texas. Thomas has appeared in 32 games over his career starting 13 compiling 21 receptions for 261 yards and 1 touchdown.
