I hate to say I told you so but….I told you so….your buddy Robert Lewis and I had a heated discussion about the fact that the Saints weren’t the best in the NFC, but as we all know the Saints can’t get it done.If Drew brees can’t win games with 300 yard days then you have problems…and I know that its a team effort BUT its all about your QB. All this talk about “well the Saints didnt win but Drew Brees was sooo Great an was so efficient” Yeah ok…you just need to quit the propaganda about the Saints..they are average at best like i had SAID first week of the season..Sorry S”aints fans not gonna happen for a few years..and when I say not gonna happen I mean playoffs not superbowl because Superbowls never gonna happen…..I know I’m SORRY

Brees is the whole package. Understands the game in a way few do; quick release, stand up guy, team leader…..should I go on. There are also things that are hard to articulate….intangibles. Community leader, example to youth; wow factor on every level. I agree….20 years from now, Saints fans will be remembering the Brees Era.

Dree Brees is overrated. He has a weak arm and would be better suited as a backup. Rivers is a one thousand times better quarterback; Brees is great at handing the ball off to the running back and throwing the slant…that’s it. Brees will never be more than an average quarterback. Why idolize a marginal player? Brees is the modern version of Chad Pennington, weak arm and all.

You want to know how good Brees is, just ask the Chargers after they let him go and kept Rivers. If they could turn back time, their lives would be completely different. They got exactly what they asked for!

Drew Brees is the best quarterback in the game, period. He will win a Super Bowl. He will be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Football historians and fans alike will remember Brees as one of the greatest quarterbacks who ever played the game, period.
