Copper Signs Two-Year Deal with the Saints
Posted by Matt Loede on February 22nd, 2008 filed in NewsThe Saints on Friday signed wide out Terrance Copper to a two-year deal that will pay him a reported $2.75 million according to the New Orleans Times Picayune. “He could have gone into the (free agent) market, but he really likes it there,” agent Ronald Del Duca said. Over the past two seasons Copper has 38 receptions for 511 yards and four TD’s. Copper could find himself as the teams number three wide out in 2008 if they don’t make any major moves in free agency or the draft in that department.
